Magoebaskloof offers various accommodation, conferencing and catering packages to suit the needs of our Guests. We have some facilities on site but often use local accommodation partners for group bookings, we can refer or book on your behalf.
Magoebaskloof Adventures’ tree top, wooden chalets are set in the indigenous forest on the edge of the Letaba river gorge. These chalets look into the forest and onto the mountains. Each chalet has 2 single beds/king bed; bathroom with toilet and shower; lounge and covered deck. Perfect for the romantic weekend getaway; when doing business in Tzaneen or Polokwane; a stop-over on route to the Kruger Park or an adventure weekend.
Our rustic camp can accommodate up to 50 students in 3m x 3m safari tents which include mattresses. All students are required to bring their own bedding such as a sleeping bag, blanket and pillow. Teachers will also be accommodated in tents, with single beds and linen supplied. The camp also includes a wash up area with basins and fridge, men’s and ladies ablutions with private showers and a secluded boma where students can enjoy their camp fire evenings and night programs. Electricity is provided in the communal areas
This beautiful venue is perched on the edge of the Letaba River Gorge and overlooks one of the three waterfalls on the property. It consists of a large meeting room, a spacious viewing deck and a lapa and braai area. The meeting room can seat 60 classroom style and equipped with comfortable conferencing tables and chairs as well as flipcharts data projector, screen etc.
The Platform 14 coffee shop and restaurant on our main deck is the last stop for our Canopy Tour customers. After conquering 13 platforms, this 14th operates like the proverbial 19th hole on a golf course. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the view while enjoying a great meal. If you are one of the adventurers, a supporter or just a passer-by, stop here to round off your day. Run by Colleen Pierie of the Red Plate in Haenertsburg, it offers all her favourite light meals and refreshments from the menu, between 9am and 5 pm. It will also do the catering on site for our school and corporate groups according to pre-arranged menu’s.

Magoebaskloof boasts a host of activities including: fishing, hiking, birding, scenic drives, visits to beautiful open gardens and organic farms.
For the adrenaline junkies there are challenging adventure sports and mountain bike trails. There are a variety of function venues, restaurants, shops and nurseries. With four festivals a year, and various adventure sport races, the busy community will not let you go home disappointed.
Our shop has a range of branded adventure gear in case you have forgotten something or you would like a souvenir to take home.
We have toilet facilities at the main office as well as a large ablution block with toilets and showers at the Camp Summit. This can be used for changing before and after activities.
A large parking area just off the R528 is suitable for cars and Busses alike.
